Offers permanent supportive housing for unaccompanied chronically homeless individuals with a permanent disabling condition who has been continuously homeless for a year or more.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families program
Description
Offers provides temporary housing and supportive services to very low-income Veteran families that are currently in or transitioning to permanent housing. Provides housing stability by rapidly re-housing homeless Veteran families and preventing homelessness for those at imminent risk.
